If you are experiencing problems loading any pages on this website then try one of the following:

1.  Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader which can be downloaded via the link at the bottom of the page.
When you have downloaded Adobe Reader, Open Adobe. You should be presented with 3 choices - select the middle one:
"Always open with Protected mode Disabled"
Close down Adobe, restart your computer and try again to open the file.

2.  If you already have the latest version of Adobe Reader or you have tried the first solution and it still doesn't open
     then try this:
Ensure Internet Explorer is CLOSED! Open Adobe Reader and choose Edit > Preferences
Select Internet from the list on the left. Ensure ALL 4 check boxes are ticked and click OK.
Close down Adobe, restart your computer and try again to open the file.

3.  If it still will not open then repeat solution 2 but this time un-tick all 4 boxes!

4.  If none of the above solutions work then try the following: "Right Click" on the link and select "save target as".
Choose a place to save the file and click "Save".
Then click "Open" and the file should open!!

5.  If none of these work, write down, or take a photo on your phone of exactly what happens when you try to open a
file on your computer and speak to Mr.Cameron in the Maths Dept.
